Vehicles are insured by AXA from the moment you drop it off until you pick it up from the Blue Transfer car park.
An inventory of fixtures is carried out by your shuttle driver on your arrival at the car park, using a specialized application.
This inventory of fixtures can be sent to you by email on request to our customer service department. Upon return, the inventory of fixtures of the vehicle is possible, only on request of the customer.
You can request this from to your shuttle driver or, if he is not available, we invite you to take close-up and distant photos of the damage yourself, in the Blue Transfer car park and before you have moved your vehicle.
You will then need to send a claim to our customer service department via our contact form. Please note that claims will not be accepted over the telephone.
