Our Customer Service Department will usually reply within 12 hours (open every day between 8am and 8pm).
Please note that a change to a booking can only be made with the express prior consent of Blue Transfer, who reserve the right to refuse if the Client's request cannot be materially accommodated and/or if it is made less than 4 hours prior to departure or return.
